Intelligent Manufacturing & Leading The Way | Vanguard Machinery Rebuild a 1000-Ton Class Crushing Line: Exceeding Expectations & More Stable
Date:2026-03-05In today's continuously upgrading mining crushing equipment, capacity and stability have become the core standards for customers when selecting production lines. Vanguard Machinery, with its profound technical foundation and mature manufacturing experience, has newly developed a 1000-ton class high-end crushing production line. With actual capacity far exceeding expectations and reliable performance that runs smoothly around the clock, Vanguard Machinery has customized a complete bauxite crushing production line for African clients, once again demonstrating the brand strength of "Intelligent Manufacturing & Leading The Way."
In the mining of bauxite, common challenges such as high clay content and high moisture levels often cause traditional crushing production lines to experience issues like material sticking, clogging, and machine jamming, which seriously affect continuous production.
Vanguard Machinery has deeply integrated the characteristics of bauxite materials and specially optimized the production line: adopting an anti-blocking cavity design and a strong discharge structure to fundamentally solve the pain points of material sticking and machine blockage, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production. The entire line uses an integrated closed-loop process of coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, screening, and product conveying. The core configuration includes a jaw crusher + cone crusher + multi-layer vibrating screen. The equipment connections are compact, the working conditions are highly matched, and the operation is stable and reliable. This design truly achieves efficient, continuous, and stable production of bauxite with high moisture and high clay content.
Walking into the production site, the entire bauxite crushing production line operates in an orderly manner. Large bauxite ore is evenly fed by a plate chain feeder from the raw material bin and is first pre-screened through a bar screen. This step separates the fine materials and impurities in the raw materials, greatly improving the single-machine processing efficiency of the coarse crushing section and reducing equipment wear and energy consumption. Only large materials enter the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the ore is continuously conveyed by a belt conveyor to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The crushed material then enters a multi-layer vibrating screen for classification. The qualified bauxite product is directly conveyed to the product bin for storage, while oversized material is returned to the medium and fine crushing stage for re-crushing, forming an efficient closed-loop cycle that ensures the product size is uniform, controllable, and of stable quality.
The successful installation and commissioning of this 1300t/h bauxite crushing production line marks another important breakthrough for Vanguard Machinery in the field of mining crushing in Guinea. It also fully validates our design, research and development, manufacturing, and service capabilities for high-capacity crushing production lines. Since its commissioning, the production line has maintained stable operational efficiency, continuously meeting capacity targets, and key indicators such as the bauxite product's particle size qualification rate and continuous equipment running time have all exceeded the client's expectations. This has greatly improved the client’s ore processing efficiency and market competitiveness. The client's project manager stated: "From the early design phase to the later on-site service, the professional capability and service attitude of the Vanguard Machinery team impressed us. The deployment of this high-capacity production line has directly elevated our bauxite processing efficiency to a new level and paved the way for expanding our production capacity in the future."
